2 cups cranberries 1/2 cup apple juice 1/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon grated orange rind 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped A few large pieces of walnut for garnish (optional)
Combine apple juice, orange juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar begins to dissolve. Add cranberries. Simmer until cranberries pop (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in rind and chopped walnuts. Cool to room temperature and then chill. Garnish with walnut pieces if desired.
